About

Administration and Management (ADM) {General, Finance, and Personnel} is 1 of the 12 content areas identified within the 2014 WI Core Competencies for Professionals Working with Young Children and their Families. This competency focuses on professionals practicing organizational and business management for quality programming and services.

The Administration & Management competency is designed to guide leaders in early care and education to develop the leadership & management skills necessary to ensure sound financial & personnel management practices are employed in their setting.
