DESCRIPTION:Session dates: January 22\, 2025; January 29\, 2025; February 19\, 2025\nAll meetings: 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM (You must attend all 3 sessions)\nPlease join us for this NO COST\, virtual mini-training of the Routines Based Interview (RBI) as a tool to help complete both virtual and in-person evaluations Connect with families\, and prioritize functional goals and objectives for your students. RBI is an evidenced-informed tool that can be used to complete arena-type initial assessments through a structured interview format with the parents/caregivers. \nParticipants will:  \n\nlearn how to implement RBI to complete evaluations\nlearn to dig deeper into the functional needs of students and priorities of families learn about the RBI format and the roles/responsibilities of team members during a structured interview process\nlearn about the RBI process and resources to create more meaningful and functional IFSP and IEP goals and preschool outcomes\n\nPresenter:\nJen Kalis is a certified RBI Trainer. Her training includes attending the RBI Institute in Tennessee with the author of the “Routines Based Interview\,” Dr. Robin McWilliam.
