The work of the Infant and Child Health Action Team of the Healthy Communities initiative is carried out primarily at regularly scheduled meetings and through the sub-committees' work. Four major Action Team initiatives are happening in Eau Claire at the present time: the work of the Child Nutrition Subcommittee, the Child Care Subcommittee, the Eau Claire County "Brain Team," and the Family Resource Center.
