Board Rep., Headwaters (birth-to-3 services and developmentally disabled services for children and adults and runs an after school program currently in one school). Ministry Health Care is also a partner in that they run a child care program partnering with the school district for after school care in a few of the schools. Purpose: Specifically focused on early childhood issues. At this time 4K and after school care in the Rhinelander district schools.
