The Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems Project (ECCS)

Who Should Complete This Survey?

  • Any group that addresses the broad range of young children’s (birth through age six) needs – and their families – are encouraged to complete the survey.
  • Geographic boundaries of the group, (e.g. local or county) does not matter.
  • The group may exist for the purpose of local planning, information sharing, problem-solving, and /or community education.
  • The group can focus on any or all of the ECCS component areas including:
    • Access to health and medical home
    • Social emotional development and young child mental health
    • Preschool education
    • Child Care
    • Parenting education
    • Family support including access to basic sustenance
