A Project to Promote Community Approaches for 4-Year-Old Children

The forces44 listserv is designed to facilitate interactive, electronic communication between the agencies, associations, and individuals interested in community collaboration related to services to 4 year old children and their families. The special focus of this listserv is on state, community, and interagency efforts to blend 4 year old kindergarten, child care, and Head Start resources and funding to create collaborative programs for 4 year old children. The listserv will provide a mechanism to share experiences, examples, and resources to support communities in starting these collaborative efforts and to continue to develop the approaches that exist.
