2011-12 Demonstration Projects Recommended for Minigrant Site Visits
Communities listed below participated in planning & implementation minigrant-funded projects that led to exemplary outcomes on behalf of young children with disabilities and their families. Selected communities, designated as Demonstration Projects, welcome inquiries and site visitations.
